For billing issues involving charges on your Apple ID, start with Apple's Report a Problem
flow as well, since Apple handles subscription billing and refunds.
FAQ
Do I need an account? No. The free allowance is per device. Purchases follow your Apple ID and Restore Purchases.
What devices does it work on? iPhone and Apple Wallet. Not Android, and not the web.
What can I put on a pass? Store and loyalty cards, boarding passes, and Wi-Fi. Scan a barcode, use a photo, or pick a file.
Are these official tickets or cards? No. Walletify designs and signs a pass. It does not issue airline, store, or venue credentials.
What counts as a free pass? A successful generation. Each device gets 3. Designing and saving a card does not use one.
What happens after three passes? You can still open and edit saved cards. Generating more requires Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime.
What is the difference between Yearly and Lifetime? Yearly is unlimited while subscribed. Lifetime is one payment on that Apple ID. Same generation access.
How do I cancel a subscription? iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I restore purchases? Open Walletify and use Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID.
Can I change a pass after it is in Wallet? Edit it in the app, then generate again. The new pass replaces the one in Wallet.
Can I share a pass with someone else? Apple Wallet can share a pass you already added. Walletify does not host or email passes for you.
Does Walletify work offline? Saved designs stay on the phone. Generating a .pkpass and checking purchases need a network connection.
Why is there a server? Apple Wallet requires a signed pass. The server signs it with Apple certificates and returns a .pkpass.
How do I request deletion of my data? Email alex@apvl.dev. Local cards can be deleted in the app or by deleting the app.
